Waiheke Heights is conveniently located close to vineyards, beaches and restaurants.
Situated on one the highest points on the western end of the island it has fabulous all round views of the Hauraki Gulf islands and Auckland City. It also looks out over it's own 4.7 hectare estate, which includes an olive grove and landscaped gardens.
At the end of a no exit road, Waiheke Heights is a most private property.
Waiheke Heights has two self contained properties, The Lodge and the nearby Woolshed.

The Lodge
The luxury appointed Lodge has four bedrooms, sleeping eight people. This is one of the few properties on Waiheke Island which has it's own indoor heated swimming pool. The Lodge has antiques and New Zealand and local Waiheke artworks. It also has a 40" LCD screen home theatre making it suitable for small conferences, big matches and other gatherings.
The Woolshed
A short way down a garden path leads to the rustic Woolshed which features a full sized billiard table, piano and wood fired barbecue. It has five single beds and one double making it perfect for an overflow from The Lodge. It also has it's own dining/kitchen area which looks out over Rangitoto, Rakino and the islands beyond.
