Waiheke Heights is a unique property set in 12 acres with stunning views over the Hauraki Gulf. One of a few properties on Waiheke Island that has an indoor heated swimming pool. Situated at the end of a no-exit road Waiheke Heights is a private estate and comprises The Lodge, The Woolshed and two self-contained Lodges with their own driveway and car parking bays. Waiheke Heights is also home to alpacas, miniature horses and sheep. Take a swim in the pool, play badmington on the lawn, snooker in The Woolshed or just while away some time in the outdoor spa taking in the stunning views.
The Lodge & Woolshed
The main Lodge has four bedrooms - two have queen beds and two have two single beds. There is a large living area with a wood burning fire and large TV (Sky). The kitchen is suitable for catering and leads to the indoor heated swimming pool.
The pool opens onto a deck ideal for entertaining with BBQ tables and chairs and soft furnishings. There is a separate library/dining room. The lodge has two bathrooms, one leads out to the swimming area for changing and showering. With vaulted ceilings the Lodge has, at the same time, a spacious and a homely feel to it.

Rakino Lodge
Expansive views over the Hauraki Gulf - Motuihe Island and Great Barrier Island.
Only a five minute walk to the nearest bus stop and 10 mins walk from Palm Beach.
Can be rented separately or together with Rosella Lodge. For large parties together with Waiheke Heights Lodge and Woolshed we can accommodate up to 24 people.
This is one of two stunning new lodges at Waiheke Heights, Gulf Place with its own private entranceway and driveway with private car-parking bays. They have all modern facilities and can sleep up to four people.
The lodges are double glazed - warm in winter, cool in summer. The lodges have one bedroom with a queen size bed, bedside cabinets and a large chest of drawers.

Rosella Lodge
Set in the heart of Waiheke Heights Estate Rosella Lodge has expansive views over the Hauraki Gulf.
It is a one bedded, double-glazed lodge in a quiet cul-de-sac. It can accommodate up to four people and can be hired separately or together with Rakino Lodge and the main Lodge and Woolshed for large parties.
Sit on the modern, sunny deck and while away the hours reading, enjoying the views or watching the alpacas and miniature horses.
